Century 21 franchise plans to make Russia a home, The OPIC has approved a $3.6 million loan to a small business that plans to franchise the real estate brand Century 21 in Russia, they will use the loan to set up a network of Century 21 franchises across Russia, starting in Moscow and then expanding to other major cities in Russia.

The establishment of Century 21 franchises throughout Russia will introduce standardized real estate practices to an unregulated industry, improving its efficiency and enabling it to serve as the vehicle of even greater economic growth.
